| So I thought to myself, do we have a thread to discuss any classic works that someone may have read. I have to be in the mood, but I will tell you that some of the "older stuff" is far better than anything today. This thread is basically a place to post what you have read and or what you would like to read from classic literature. And hopefully, we can get some discussion going. Things I have read: - Spoiler:
The Canterbury Tales - Geoffrey Chausser Don Quixote - Miguel des Cervantes Call of the Wild - Jack London Robinson Crusoe - Daniel Defoe The Count of Monte Christo - Alexander Dumas various stories and poetry of Edgar Alllen Poe various poetry and short stories of James Joyce
there is bound to be things I have forgotten (like William Shakespeare) So what about everyone else??? | |
